As National Day approached, on the afternoon of September 20, 2024, Li Peirong, Secretary of the Enping Municipal Party Committee, led a team to conduct safety prevention inspections and supervision ahead of the holiday, visiting Enping Zhonghao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Green Construction Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd., and Enping Natural Gas Receiving Station in succession. He urged the relevant enterprises and institutions to always keep the string of production safety taut, refine and implement all production safety work in a solid manner, and ensure the orderly progress of production safety during the National Day holiday.
Inside the workshop of Guangdong Green Construction Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd., Li Peirong asked the relevant staff of the enterprise to conduct an on-site demonstration of fire-fighting equipment operation to check their familiarity with such equipment. He pointed out that the workshop is a relatively enclosed space, where fire safety must be ensured at all times. Meanwhile, attention should be paid to the workers' subjective feeling of temperature, and monitoring should be carried out on the noise and dust generated during production. Every possible measure should be taken to avoid physical harm to workers caused by excessively high temperature, noise and dust in the workshop.
